Graceful Meal offers a wide range of choices of seasonal vegetables and meat. Its graceful appearance can certainly improve the appetite. Its mousse-like texture is easy for consumption. With a combo of portion each of vegetables and meat, plus a bowl of congee or pureed rice, people with masticating or swallowing difficulties can easily meet the nutritional requirements and be delighted by the luscious taste.

Graceful Meal eases your worries about food safety and nutrition adequacy, as it has passed product bacteria tests while nutritional analyses and texture tests have also been performed. What’s more, tastings were carried out at different homes for the aged and were well received. You can better arrange for your family members with our nutritious meals.

 

Guidelines

Storage: Keep freezing on or below -18℃

 

Defrosting: Press the bottom of the Graceful Meal’s Container until the mold detached within the container. Defrosting the container with sauce overnight (at least 8 hours) in refrigerator (0-4℃).

 

Cooking Instructions: Remove Graceful Meal’s lid and sauce’s lid. Put the mold on plane (stainless or glass) and remove the plastic cup. Steaming by gentle heat for 20-25 minutes with boiling water, add sauces according to your preference and enjoy.

 

* Reheating time required will vary according to different cooking heat.

 

***Enjoy food within 2 hours after reheating. Food should not be cooled and reheated for a second time.

*** It is not recommended to reheat the food by using microwave oven which may affect the food texture.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Upon single purchase of Graceful Meal (not including delivery charge), members can enjoy 5% off.
  2. Members must present Graceful Meal membership card before settling the payment in order to enjoy membership offer.
  3. Upon successful registration as member, the applicant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (as may in force from time to time).
  4. Applicant must provide true and accurate information. Any incomplete or inaccurate forms will not be processed.
  5. The membership is strictly not transferable.
  6. Membership card is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Photocopy of membership card will not be accepted.
  7. St. James’ Settlement reserves the right to make changes to any of the above terms and conditions.

Upon successful registration, members will be informed by phone to get the membership card at designated distribution points.

 

Delivery 

  1. Customer may select the delivery date. If there are any changes, we will notify you as soon as possible. Delivery team will contact you by phone 30 minutes before arrival.
  2. Delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday and public holidays.
  3. No lower and upper limit.
  4. Delivery charge will be settled by customer.
