To offer high-quality nutrition consultation services to people with different needs among the community.

 

Objective

To provide appropriate and professional individual nutritional advices to clients from locally recognized dietitians.

To promote healthy eating and lifestyle in the community through different consultation services, talks and programs.

 

Target Groups

People who are health-conscious including infants, children, teenagers, adults and elders.

Scope of Services

  1. Nutrition Assessments:

To assess the current nutritional status of client.

Includes:

  • Body Mass Index
  • Body Composition(Fat and Fluid contents) Analysis
  • Explanation of Blood Test Report (if applicable)
  • Dietary Habit Assessment and Recommendations

 

  1. Individual Consultation:

To provide specific advice and guidance to tailor individual needs.

Includes:

  • Diet Plan and goals for optimum nutrition
  • Diet habit monitoring
  • Individualized meal plan
  • Healthy cooking tips and smart food choices for eating out
  • Home visit services are also available for home-bounded clients

 

  1. Small Group Activities :

To promote healthy eating through flexible and interactive small group education.

Includes:

  • Supermarket Tour (Practical session)
  • Eating Out (Practical session)
  • Small group food making (Adults, elders, domestic helpers, parent-child)
  • Cooking Class

 

  1. Training Course Tutoring Serivces:

To provide consulting and tutoring services, assist in writing and editing material, for a variety of courses or workshops regarding nutrition or catering aspects for different organizations.

Includes:

  • Private Enterprises, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), Schools, etc.
  • Workshops such as: Weight Management and Work Productivity, How to provide Healthy Balanced Diet
  • Advanced Nutrition Certificate Course for Caterers, Domestic Helpers, Old Aged Homes' Carers, Nurseries, Advanced Nutrition Certificate Course, Applied Nutrition and Wellness Management Professional Diploma Course, Weight Management and Sport Nutrition Certificate Course, etc.)

 

  1. Health Talks :

To promote the messages of healthy eating through different health talk topics, able to provide one off or regular talk events.

Includes:

  • Stress and Diet
  • Health Eating to prevent chronic diseases
  • Eating tips for strong and health bones
  • Rainbow eating method
  • Improving students' concentration and memory through nutrition

 

  1. Friend of Nutrition (Membership Program):

Receive latest nutrition service information, enjoy discount for individual nutritional assessment and consultation.

 

  1. Menu Design:

To review, perform nutritional analysis and give advice to existing menus for different organizations. Catering services (normal and therapeutic diets) are also available to suit specific needs. Including:

  • Nurseries and Kindergartens
  • School Meals Caters
  • Rehabilitation Centers / Hostels
  • Old Aged Homes / Nursing Homes
  • Club House / Restaurants etc.

 

  1. Out-reaching and Consulting Services:

Provide regular nutritional talks, nutritional assessment and consultation, menu review and kitchen inspection, to various groups and/or organization.

Service target including staff, service user, carer/family etc.

 

9. Nutritional Supplements Ordering Service (Self Pickup):

Provide nutritional supplements ordering service for people in need.

Sat, Sun and Public Holidays: OFF

(By appointment - interview can be arranged during non-office hour.)

Nutrition Assessments & Individual Consultation Fees

$500 each session(45-60 minutes)

*Enjoy extra discount for individual treatment plan.
