Objective

We are devoted to provide community support service to elders and hope they are being respected and care, thus, stay in familiar community and enjoy aging.

 

Goal

  • To facilitate active aging by encouraging older adults in making optimum use of leisure time through lifelong learning and potential development. 
  • To promote healthy life style and holistic development amongst the elders in physical, psychological and social aspects. 
  • To enhance the quality of life of elderly through community support. 

 

Targets 

Eligibility of membership: 

  • Member: Any person aged 55 or above and holder of a valid HKID card 
  • Carer member: Any caregiver of elderly aged 18 or above  

Casework services:

  • Counselling and Outreach Support Service: Any person aged 60 or above and living in designated service area

Opening Hours 

Monday to Saturday: 8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. 

Sunday and public holiday: Closed 

 

Application 

For membership/carer membership: 

  • Apply in person at our centre during the office hours with valid HKID and annual fee (If applicable) 
  • Membership is valid from 1st April to 31st March next year 
  • Withdrawal of membership can be made by post, by phone or in person. No refund for membership fee. 

Any person not applying for membership renewal within the given period will be regarded as membership withdrawal.

  • Member (valid from 1st April to 31st March next year): $21 
  • Carer member: Free of charge 
  • Time of fees collection
